My stay at Homewood Suites By Hilton Indianapolis At The Crossing had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining options and shopping. However, some inconveniences, like the lack of elevators to the second floor and the uncomfortable bed, made my experience less than ideal. Overall, I appreciated the spacious suite and amenities, but there are areas needing improvement.
